My package isn't here!! What do I do?
***Please contact your local post office first!
Once the package leaves my hands and is in USPS's possession, we no longer have any control over the package.Tracking is provided on all domestic orders, so please follow the progress there!
USPS often states that a package was delivered on a certain day, and the package will actually arrive in the day after so please wait before sending an email!!
Also there may have been an issue in the provided address or for some reason the post is holding onto it or may have delivered it to the wrong place.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I can resend it as long as shipping fee is covered.
What shipping options are available?
For domestic (US) orders, packages will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping or USPS Priority (1-3 Business days).
International Orders will be shipped via USPS First class international (2-4 weeks) Tracking IS NOT GUARANTEED.
***DO NOT ASK US TO LOWER PRICES ON CUSTOMS FORMS. This is a felony and WE ARE NOT responsible for customs fees and will not provide refunds or payment to cover any fees. We cannot control and are not responsible for what your country chooses to do.
****We also do not set shipping fees. That is calculated by USPS and is out of our control.
How long until my order is shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days! However when there are large influxes of orders, emergencies or holidays, there might be a slight delay in shipping time! Thank you for understanding ♥
How long until my order arrives?
All domestic orders have tracking so you can follow your order as it arrives to your doorstep. Typically orders take 1-3 business after shipment to arrive however arrival times can be affected by holidays, natural disasters, distance etc. I ship from California.
Most international orders on the other hand do not have tracking, and typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive!
***Again WE ARE NOT responsible for customs fees and will not provide refunds or payment to cover any fees NOR will we falsify prices on customs forms for any reason. We cannot control and are not responsible for what your country chooses to do .
****Sometimes USPS will say a package has arrived when it hasn't, and it will likely show up a day or two after. We are not responsible financially if a package gets lost, stolen or damaged but will work with all parties to come to a resolution.
