About Orders

What if I want to refund my pin/cancel my order?

You have 1 business day upon purchasing to cancel as orders are usually packed the day after they were placed. Otherwise we do not refund orders unless there is a major issue.

***We DO NOT accept exchanges

If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at pinkachii@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.

If I make multiple orders, can you combine them for me to save on shipping?

You have 1 business day to inform us via email with both order numbers or else the packages will ship out separately.  

***Orders will not be held for extended periods of time because you want to buy something else later and hope to combine shipping. Unless they have a preorder item, they will be shipped out ASAP.

What if I purchase a pre-order item?

For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.

There is a problem with a pin/my order?

If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at pinkachii@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries. 

**DO NOT DM us about an issue as we receive so many a day it will likely be missed or forgotten.

***Once the package is in USPS hands we have no control over how they treat the package and how they ship it. We do not take responsibility if the package is lost or arrives damaged. We double check our pins for quality and issues. Please refer to the grading system before purchasing if you are unsure.

****We are not responsible for refunds if a package gets lost or damaged, however we will work with you to try and resolve the issues for all parties.
