What if I want to refund my pin/cancel my order?

You have 1 business day upon purchasing to cancel you order, otherwise we do not refund orders. For preorders, you cancel anytime before preorders close and are put into production by shooting us an email at pinkachiics@gmail.com

If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at pinkachiics@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.

If I make multiple orders, can you combine them for me to save on shipping?

You have 1 business day to inform us via email with the order numbers or else the packages will ship out separately. Orders are only automatically held when they include a preorder item that has not arrived yet. Other than that we do not hold orders under any circumstances.

What if I purchase a pre-order item?

For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.

There is a problem with a pin/my order?

***Once the package is in USPS hands we have no control over how they treat the package and how they ship it. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. If insurance protection was purchased alongside your order, we will do our best to work with them so you may receive a refund on your items.
