What if I want to refund my pin/cancel my order?

You have 1 business day to cancel as orders are usually packed the day after they were placed. Otherwise we do not refund orders.

***We DO NOT accept exchanges

If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at pinkachii@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.

If I make multiple orders, can you combine them for me to save on shipping?

You have 1 business day to inform us or else the packages will ship out separately. 

They must also be ordered within 3 days of each other.

***Orders will not be held for extended periods of time because you want to buy something else later and hope to combine shipping. Unless they have a preorder item, they will be shipped out ASAP.

What if I purchase a pre-order item?

For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.

There is a problem with a pin/my order?

A DM on may be missed as we receive so many a day, so for efficiency and records please send us an email at pinkachii@gmail.com for further inquiries.

If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at pinkachii@gmail.com with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.

***Once the package is in USPS hands we have no control over how they treat the package and how they ship it. It is not our fault if it gets lost, or arrives damaged. We double check our pins for quality.

****We are not responsible for refunds if a package gets lost or damaged, however we will work with you to try and resolve the issues for all parties.
